99 years ago the Ukrainian fleet raised the Ukrainian naval flag for the first time on the Black Sea. Today in New Jersey members of both ЧМ and ЧХ together celebrated this momentous day. Next year we’ll be celebrating the 100th anniversary. We plan to have an extraordinary program for everyone!
